Yo Reparo · Inventory, Sales and Technical Maintenance System

Management and administration panel for technical support workshops, designed to control spare parts inventory, register sales, and manage service and equipment repair orders.

Yo Reparo · Inventory, Sales and Technical Maintenance System

The Project

Yo Reparo is a web platform in development aimed at centralizing and optimizing the operations of technical support and service workshops for devices and equipment. The system is designed exclusively as an internal administration panel, dispensing with a public interface for clients and focusing on the productivity of technicians and administrators.

The development covers three critical business needs: spare parts inventory management, direct counter sales records, and detailed traceability of repair tickets.

Architecture and Stack

  • FilamentPHP as the main component of the application, accelerating the creation of the admin panel through its powerful ecosystem of CRUDs, advanced filters, statistics widgets, and dynamic forms.
  • TALL Stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire) as the foundation of development, allowing Filament to be extended with interactive components and custom logic when a more specific flow is required.
  • Exclusive Administrative Access: The application is 100% internal and private, protecting customer, spare parts, and operating cost data through roles and access permissions.
  • MySQL as the database engine to store the spare parts catalog, maintenance logs, and sales reports.

System Modules

Being in active development, the platform is structuring its three main pillars:

  • Technical Service Registry: Detailed control of work orders from the moment the equipment enters the workshop, assigning technicians, recording preliminary diagnoses, budgets, and the status of maintenance (received, in diagnosis, waiting for spare parts, repaired, delivered).
  • Spare Parts Inventory: Stock control of critical parts for repairs, allowing spare parts used in a technical service to be associated directly to automatically discount them from inventory.
  • Sales Module: Registration of counter transactions of spare parts, accessories, or other items, unifying physical store income with billing for technical services.

Current Status

The project is in the development phase, prioritizing the fluid integration between the spare parts inventory and work orders to avoid stock imbalances and facilitate the calculation of labor and parts costs.
